China Glaze Four Leaf Clover

Four Leaf Clover is not at all what I was expecting. This picture is pretty much bang-on as far as color goes. It looks more green under inside lighting, but it's very blue in the sun.

I wanted it to be a bright, grassy green. It's a pretty color, but my search for a great grassy green continues.

As an aside, I'm officially on vacation. My intention is to post daily or near-daily until the end of July. I've got a few ideas lined up, and I'm thinking of doing theme weeks to keep myself more interested in blogging.

Barry M Cobalt Blue with Nail Effects

May was not a good month. I don't even have an excuse. Sorry. Here's what my nails look like today:
This is Barry M Cobalt Blue with white Nail Effects. I also used one layer of top coat. I like this one even better than the Cyan Blue + black Nail Effects that I did back in April. I'm not sure why the white has streaks of blue in it. Maybe I didn't let the blue dry long enough before putting the crackle on?

I also like the different effects you can get by using thicker or thinner coats of the crackle polish. The thinnest coat is on my index finger, and the thickest is on my pinkie.

Barry M polishes are available on their website.
